Since the semester started, I’ve only been looking forward to one thing: Spring Break. The past three months have been a whirlwind of exams, crazy workload and so many events that I was looking forward to some time away.
This year, Mark and I spent our break with his family in South Carolina. It was nice to disconnect and enjoy nature with great company.
Our first stop on the trip was Ehrhardt, a tiny town in South Carolina that according to the 2013 census, has a population of 530. Getting to wake up and actually hear the sound of the birds chirping and the wind blowing through the trees was magical and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of my everyday life.
During the day, we went four-wheeling through the endless fields. At night, we had wine and cheese under the stars (yes, I could actually see them! No city lights).
Here’s a little recap of our time in Ehrhardt.

Hope you enjoyed!
