Scottish Holiday

The vast valleys encompassed my line of vision as we drove through the country side. The endless fields of green were home to haystacks, windmills, barns, horses, cows and sheep.

Just driving through Scotland was an amazing experience itself, despite being completely terrified of my dad driving a manual car on the left side of the rode.

We landed in Edinburgh and spent two days driving through the country side. We stayed in the small town of Stirling where we visited Deanston Whiskey Distillery, passed by the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (unfortunately the city was so packed, we couldn’t get down to explore), walked through the streets of Glasgow and visited a small town in the mountains en route to Oban.

The picturesque locations and kind, hospitable people made our short time in Scotland remarkable.
